Character I made back in December! Here's the original description I had from when I posted her on Tumblr:
Revamped my one Legends Arceus Feraligatr trainer from a while back… I wanted to give her a slightly more misleading outfit as to her type specialty was by giving more traditional ghost trainer motifs. Still has the Gyarados patterning but I’d imagine it would not be very noticeable from a distance. Goes by just her surname, is seen in the Crimson Mirelands on days with heavy fog. You know how it is
