continuing the trend of refs, this is billie lol. once again a character from achromatic, that reeallly old project that i've been trying to rewrite.

she is yet another character that should have more personality than she does... alas, the woes of being attached to characters you made at 12. they have personal history with tallin and have taken skylar under their wing. her nephew, ronnie, is also a major character, but he doesn't have a design just yet. he's probably next in the ref lineup. also its not mentioned on the ref, but she's transfem.

anyways ive offically decided lineart wastes time. my sketches pass well enough as lineart anyways.
