Yay no more backlog! I completed this yesterday (technically today maybe? Might have been after midnight but doesn't matter.)

First colored thing of the year I think. I mostly sketch these days. If any of you have a hard time keeping up your drawing stamina like I do, I highly recommend opening a canvas and just doing whatever you want on it til you get tired every so often. Sketch. Scribble. Slap colors on it. Go wild and don't feel obligated to finish a single thing on it or share it unless you make something you want to share in particular. It rules and is the only way I keep practicing in some form.

Also that's how this happened. It was just a quick doodle I did that I liked so I pulled it aside and colored it.

Anyway, in my affections I am very fond of touching heads/faces/noses and this absolutely transfers to my sonas as well, so I am likely to draw that particular sort of interaction in couple art often...it's just so gentle and sweet to me. Cats have the right idea.
