Second in the great Fae queen run down and when you are doing things in black and white and then have a "Blue" prompt, you have two choices, draw something that should be be blue but isn't or draw something that makes you feel blue and so I went with the second one ^^
Queen Mab (or as Amos calls her "Mabby") is the frozen hearted ruler of the winter court and someone who'll turn you blue from cold should you not be too careful (Amos was not careful <_<). A harsh Queen, known for over punishing insults and violations less lenience lead to reoffense, she might seem cold to the core but she does what she believes is right for the slighted and tries to protect those who have felt the cruel sting of feeling too much or too fully.

Wanted to invoke the White Witch from BBC's Narnia adaptations so had to have the large fur coat and made her something of a snow leopard ^^ And as this is the first time the back is seen, I attempted to give her Winter Moth wings but not sure how well that came out ^^
