For December I decided to pay homage to Edmund Blair Leighton's painting Accolade, as depicting the act of knighting felt like a nice conclusion to the sword-wielding Lubis I've drawn in the past few months (which are referenced in the stained-glass windows). I also really wanted to make a retro pixel piece, and I chose to stick with the CGA palette as seen in my beloved, the original King's Quest 3.

And thus the third year of my monthly experimentals is done.
I'm glad I decided to stick with it in 2024, as I made some of my favourite pieces in a long time within this project. I'm really looking forward to seeing where my art takes me next year ❤️
