Based off a dog meme I saw on Tumblr reposted by someone (that smug face), except Mr. Bogo is an elderly cat bacterium dwelling in the nutrient rich corner of the intestines.
He is Strepfinger’s cat if you can tell by the episodes he appears in, he’s always seen with his owner bossman in the show.
