It's the annual Starlight Festival and Parrot's Mom allowed her to go! Not alone however, the only catch is that Parrot has to go with her older sister, Cho.

So, the duo head to the festival to watch the beautiful meteor shower that surrounds the festival... and maybe to have a little fun!

But something goes wrong.

The festival and all the people in it are in danger.
