i really, really wanna change up CY.EXE's design somehow. like, it's iconic enough to me to be basically static over the past.. what, 9 years? but also it doesn't get across their vibe. current approach is the idea that they start out very angular and vague and get more and more defined the more the protagonists learn about them until they're able to piece together CY's identity-- going from a murderous AI to yet another victim of the experiments Sol and Zyd were subjected to.

(side note: i feel awkward tagging my AI characters as "artificial intelligence" when they're, like, the sci-fi hologram computer program virus glitch kinda vibe. i don't use genAI. i just like sapient robots and computer programs ;o; )

anyway: me when i get you
