happy 15th to the best game ever made: captain rainbow!

captain rainbow is a delightfully quirky wii title that came out in 2008 about a bunch of obscure nintendo characters living on an island a la animal crossing. it never came to the west but there's a translation patch out right now! word of warning: the existing fan translation has its origins from over a decade ago and it's rough around the edges, to say the least. if you can stomach a few out-of-place slurs there's a really, REALLY good game hiding underneath it.
