Nosy: Balan has a habit of sneaking a peek of whatever it is you're doing. Whether it be writing, drawing, or singing to yourself. He always wants to join in or just see what you've made. Sometimes he'll even go so far as to peer over someone's shoulder. He'll often ask first unless you're stubborn about it.

Unrelated proud parent: When it comes to children or advice, Balan acts very much like a father figure. Such as listening to your troubles and giving you advice on how to overcome it. Sometimes even a really lame dad joke might slip out every now and then. I would imagine he wouldn't hesitate to adopt a lonely child into his family if he ever got the chance. Even if it was just a faux adoption. (To call someone a parent even though they have parents of their own.)

Affectionate: Balan loves giving affection to anyone and everyone. He's a huge hugger and even goes so far as to kiss someone on the forehead or cheek. It doesn't matter to him if you don't return the affection. He wants you to know he cares. (No hitting though. It hurts his feelings.)
