Did you know that a group of flamingos is known as a flamboyance? The mother constructs a mud mound nest within a huge colony of other flamingos in which it can range to a thousand individuals. The flamingo will lay and incubate an single egg for approximately 28 days. This photo was taken at Discovery Isles at Disney's Animal Kingdom!
