his name is psyco (he/him) and he loves cats ^^ i figure he'd chill out in the alola region since he originally lives right by the ocean. as for why he has a meowscarada in alola, uh. don't think about it too hard!

he'd probably have a lot more unofficial, wild pokemon (not just cats!) that stop by his house for food and attention. tbh i've toyed with the idea of him having a suicune pay him a few visits too, only he doesn't realize how rare suicune is and gets annoyed that this giant cat shows up just to eat all the food and knock him over while demanding pets lol. and poor professor kukui has an aneurysm when he finds out
