Kwar Kralk is an evil character who got the total control of his world. It's design came from Zatsune Miku (Fanloid), the entire palette were taken from her to create this kind of mirror character and villain character from my own OC.
The main rival of Rawk Klark even if they are from distant Universes, their rivarly is unevitable when they met each other.
