I'm doing this art challenge where every day, for the month of June. I design a character based on an somewhat open-ended design brief and try to follow that brief as close as possible. This just is for me to improve my art skills and continue to build my portfolio.

Day 6
Brief:
Female | Fire Dancer | Ancient | Dominant Color: Flame Red

Once the goddess of fire, fertility, beauty, wandering stars, and dance; and the youngest god in her pantheon, Vanhi is but a shell of her former self. One of the few surviving deities after pantheon's cataclysmic destruction, she eventually succumbed to decreasing mythopoeia. While retaining her youth and immortality, she is stripped of her godhood and most of her powers forcing her true form into a strictly corporeal state. With nowhere else to go, she leaves her homeland in the Mundia region, crossing the open sea, and landing 100 miles north of Cape Daedelos. As for her current whereabouts, reports say she ended up in Crosbrig county, stayed at a homeless shelter for about a week, before being taken in and subsequently adopted by the Westman family. It appears she has mostly accepted her new life even developing a strong bond with her adopted sister.
