I'm doing this art challenge where every day, for the month of June. I design a character based on an somewhat open-ended design brief and try to follow that brief as close as possible. This just is for me to improve my art skills and continue to build my portfolio.

Day 7
Brief:
Nonbinary | Techno Whisperer | Dystopian | Dominant Color: Teal

An out of commission Commuinications android, V_021 lay in a scrap yard in Kaeno City (~500 miles northwest of Cape Daedelos). By some mere chance, 21 was suddenly reactivated. The owner of the scrapyard, who was present at the time saw this, and rushed over. Being a communications droid, 21 was able call out for help, and when the owner ran over, they immediately question what was going on and why they were reactivated. The owner, understandably confused, chose not to shut 21 down and immediately contacted their manufacturer for an explanation. While on the phone, 21 picked up another voice signal, though this one was faint and hard to decipher; and it seemed like it was coming from all around them...

He asked the owner who was making those sounds, but the owner replied, "what sounds? where the only ones here." 21, understandably, felt a sinking feeling. were they hearing something inaudible to organics, their out of date hardware, or something else...?
