Repost from July 2016. Caelius meets with the queen.

The font size is notably smaller on this page, partly because I had a lot of technical jargon to squeeze in, and partly because I felt like I had been making it too big in previous pages. Would later decide it was too small for this page and made it a little bigger with subsequent ones.

I'm still not sure I clearly conveyed the right sense of motion I was looking for with this one.
