The NV-33 Neophron ("Vulture") is a short-range, small- to medium-sized scout VTOL craft produced by Neutech and operated by the Theian Military.

And yes, those are "Dyson"-type airfoils on the wings. Yes, it works (fluidic propulsion system) and has been tested.
