Twila In the Rain

Sorry guys, I haven’t really been making any artwork that involves painting. Paintings take a whole lot of time, and I have a very bad habit of wanting to paint immediately after sketching, which causes me to not sketch as much as I would like. I’m in the process of changing that mindset to sketch more. I think that would be beneficial as this will subconsciously allow me to paint more in turn.

For the time being, I’ll be posting up sketches in hopes that it will encourage me to draw more in general. I hope it works out for me.

I wanted to sketch this as the camera pans in a certain angle as the rain was focusing on the character, but for whatever reason, it looks... strange to me. Not sure if it’s the rain or the character, but I digress.
