I haven't been able to draw for a while due to various circumstances, but I have a vibe that AF is able to lower my expectations and get me to a comfortable art sharing mood. It usually happens when I get to make art for other people, heh. I have a little priority list prepared for AF:
Revenges > friends > mutuals > characters that catch my eye & other peeps
My hitlist has about 52 characters right now, but I don't plan on striking them all. It'll be a success already if I simply draw a bit every day, regardless of progress ⭐

I don't know if it's the lack of sleep or new medication (answer: probably both) that's left me in this state, but I've been feeling real poopy in the brain for the past few weeks. Not depressed per se, but just low on energy and unable to focus on doing anything.
My lack of juice has put some distance between me and social media so I'd like to hear how you guys are doing. So how are yall? Enjoying the summer so far? How's art? Anything fun happen recently, watched any new shows or movies?
Last night I had a dream where someone had made a video essay about Verno. The comments were full of people doing their own analysis and I remember typing a comment along the lines of "as the creator and an asexual I approve of this reading" and I have no idea how my orientation had anything to do with it.
I also don't know what the video itself was like, but I remember vividly the thumbnail and it's killing me <'D
I've been itching to do a remake of my "pride beach" artwork from a few years ago where I put all my queer characters into an anime beach episode to celebrate pride month.
Naturally, a remake would include adding all the characters who I've learned new things about or made since the last time. Plus a couple friend's blorbos so they're not lonely.
So 18 characters in total!
The hardest part is done aka the composition. Now all I gotta do is drag myself through the gutter to actually finish this thing before June is over. :''D
