I don't know if it's the lack of sleep or new medication (answer: probably both) that's left me in this state, but I've been feeling real poopy in the brain for the past few weeks. Not depressed per se, but just low on energy and unable to focus on doing anything.

My lack of juice has put some distance between me and social media so I'd like to hear how you guys are doing. So how are yall? Enjoying the summer so far? How's art? Anything fun happen recently, watched any new shows or movies?
