I’ve had this outfit idea for Victor for a little bit now, but I haven’t drawn it digitally until now. I know that it’s not blue oriented, but trust me, the rose motif makes sense since roses are Victor’s favourite flower (I said that I’d give more information about Victor later in my first post of him here). And yes, he has an umbrella, because why not? (I suck at drawing umbrellas…).
