His story is that he's a long-time member, said to have been there in-between Kinger and Ragatha's time, who's about as dopey and clumsy as he is a kind-hearted and persevering soul.
He wishes to stay at the circus (albeit conflictingly between the other members and his own confused thoughts), he's into fortune-telling and tends to lose his head off his shoulders.
