i am one year closer to death
OKAY okay im asking this here because i kinda have nowhere else?? like i could on tumblr but whenever i post there it feels like im yelling into the void & i dont like that. but im asking this because im just super curious if the same thing has happened to anyone else.
has anyone else ever watched a show or read a book or played a game or whatever & you were having the greatest grandest time & then out of the blue something super fucked up & personal happens & you don't finish that thing & then have it on your mind for like. Months afterwards??? in a bad way??? i think it mightve even been a year since. thats wild
im not asking anyone to like. Traumadump in my comments (dont. by the way) but im just curious if this has happened to anyone else/if its a normal thing to experience?? in my case it was a movie adaptation of a book, & lately i picked up that book to try & read it, but lo & behold. the thing i was avoiding was smack dab at the beginning of the second chapter. So it happened again & i was Re-fucked-up & it was very inconvenient for my mental health. HELPP i dont want to say what book it is or what happened because its much too serious but like i said, im curious if Just One Scene in One Thing has had this much of an effect on anyone else before. i just want some confirmation that i am not weird for being fucked up by the stupid [REDACTED] book
ok sooo. uhhhh. artfight is over thats crazy right. HELP
