When I drew this, there was next to no fanart of Jenner that wasn't either copied from screenshots or off-model. With such an awesome villain, you'd think more artists would be drawing him.

I was quite surprised to discover while looking up reference screenshots that Jenner is friggin' HUGE. Look at that arm. Those experiments affected more than just his intelligence.

Or maybe he just works out.
