I got a screenshot of the pumpkin-head tunnel lurker, vectorized him in Illustrator, and aged him up in Photoshop. Then I digitally stuck him on an actual photo of the wall in the computer room.
So no, this isn't a real old Halloween decoration, but it's meant to look like one.
