There is a mobile app called Pokémon sleep. I am obsessed with it because all of the sleeping animations are so cute, I don't know how they can take the ugliest pokemon and make them look cute, but pokemon sleep somehow does it. It's a very good motivation for me to sleep. Though I've been neglecting them for a few months so it's probably time for me to get back into it.
