Wasteland Designs: Sadie sews and assembles clothing! Expanded on here, but tldr: she’s 5'0" so she has to adjust a lot of things to fit her. The only outfit that’s ever fit her without her needing to adjust it was the Courier’s Duster that Ulysses made for her. She’ll take parts and pieces from some outfits/armor and combine them together.
