"A Distant Stare"

Capping off 2024 weekly illustrations with a neat little bookend: this is obviously a redraw of the first weekly illustration of 2024.

And I'll be frank: that original painting is horrible. It is way below my regular quality, I really rushed to make it and it shows all over it. It's been weighting on my mind so much that I really wanted go back and redo it, and is there any better time than the end of the year?
So here. I can finally rest easy.
