For Merman Group's Secret Santa Event

It's time for the annual Secret Santa fwith the Merman group! I ended up looking through and I couldn't help but select the unnamed merprince. His look and attire spoke the loudes and I had to draw him. I wanted to do something respectful and royal. I am beyond happy with how the shading came out here! He has such a regal glow and the ocean is lookiing better and better with each coloring!
