nowadays, i normally could make (on average) 0-3 finished (digital) art works each month (or even up to 5-6, but those were rare)
the most i was able to do within a single month was a whopping 21... back in June 2019!
that was when i was still a beginner in digital art. half of those were made using the now-gone Sketch app on an Android phone lol
nope not gonna show them yet hahaha. two of those are "vent" arts i'd rather not look at again /srs
and now, this month of July 2024, during Art Fight... i can't believe i've made 10 attacks so far! :O
most of them are half bodies, with two so far being full bodies (technically one of them is not lol) and one just bust/shoulder up
you know, i'm pretty proud of myself with that achievement... and internally happy... waaaahh
i've never really drawn that many finished/polished works in a single month for a long time now... (snivel /pos)
you better enjoy that Cille while you still have time left before your thesis months again

i'm going through some revenges and hitlist peeps now, and the current one i'm working on is... WOAH :O
well, i didn't expect laying down the initial features to be tedious... like the character of that artist i chose to draw had relatively simple details, yet is borderline medium-amount of details to me? i guess it's just because of the amount of clothing/fabric on the character /neu /nm
i guess it's because drawing a lot of details can be tedious for me, but i'm still happy on how this one is turning out! good thing the posing i chose and shading is not that complex.
it's a nice challenge at least; i didn't expect to power through half of it in one sitting several hours ago, and currently in the shading stage!

...but can't seem to know how to piece them together or even make use of them.
man, i still don't have a direction on what i want this story to be, or what sort of magic system i'm aiming for this one, but i do want it to involve magic at the very least :((
maybe i'll just wait out for the Ultimate Eureka moment where ideas would overflow to the point that it'll be my only focus for several days or weeks, which happened to me some years ago with another story and set of characters 🤔
when you don't know which among your two mutuals to attack next in Art Fight so you end up organizing your art files instead
...yeah, at least half a year's worth of art backlogs i have to organize and number accordingly laol
i mean, i can't force myself to art if my brain's not really up to it, plus i put off that organizing for a long while now 😅 /lh
