my redesign for Cherri Bomb! Gave her a big fluffy coat not only to add substantial different silhouette, but to really bring in the "bomb" element to her design. She already has a lot of bomb like motifs already, but I wanted to sell it harder by giving her the coat.
i went and just turned her leggings into tights to simplify the design a bit, she still has the 2 different shoes (i like to think she lost one when she got exploded) so that actually stays.
one of the big problems with hazbin hotel is the similar color schemes. Cherri Bomb has a lot of the same colors as Angel Dust, so I wanted to lean more into some oranges instead of pinks to define her better. Still giving sinners a sort of "warm color" vibe to contrast heaven's "cool color" vibe even though a lot of hellborn kind of break that rule... i'll work on making heaven and hell characters better color coded in the future.
