ahh sir pentious.. a cool character designed ruined because vivzie only knows how to draw pinstripe suits for no reason.
he's a mad scientist, a pastiche on the supervillain archetype, with steampunk influence. so i just ran with it, he literally just has a mad scientist coat and black gloves. his buttons are eyes, as well as his little pocket watch. his body is simplified a bit, but i thought it would look nice if he had stripes but its hit or miss tbh. his left arm is totally steampunked now too!
