Microscope view of a quartz edge, 50 times magnified.

I tried using a smartphone as a regular microscope, which somewhat failed, probably due to the focal point limitations of the smartphone.
So I made 15 pictures of parts of the image and glued them together in gimp to get a full picture. ^^'
