In this case we have a character that's sort of been ostricized from society, and soon, her scary ALIEN mother will come to take her for her powers. If she goes peacefully, she claims Earth will be left alone.

Due to the delicate situation Extra terrestrials have in the DG universe (Most are not friendly and they VERY RARELY think and even more rarely LOOK like humans, so you are not gonna find a Superman in this world) most countries would let her be taken to avoid a dangerous scuffle.

DG ain't taking that shit.
