Can YOU translate the voynich manuscript? I can
my gamer years are past me i would say, but every so often i play games. and i also felt like writing in the journal here again.
most recently i've played Grunn, a Normal Gardening Game. Loved it. I love puzzle solving, gardens, and weird folkloric things. It being Dutch added to the entertainment since I'm familiar enough with Netherlands Related Things. It's reminiscent of Majora's Mask. Much shorter, of course, but has a similar time loop and schedules to keep in mind as you repeat the days to solve the mysteries. Also it's weird and spooky.
im afraid that's the only single-player game i've played as of late, i wish i could find motivation (and focus) to dedicate more time to a single-player game again :P but that's not to say i haven't enjoyed some really great multiplayer games.
- don't starve together- seemingly an annual fixation for my friends and i... weirdly always happens in winter. i dont think ive played this game outside of the winter season
- armello- old reliable... a critterfolk virtual board game set in a medieval fantasy setting. brutal, mean, and enables you to be a complete jackass. it's impossible for me to get mad at video games so i dont have any qualms with the cruelty of this game
- lethal company- another easy go-to. im not one to play horror games usually, but ive learned co-op horror games are approachable enough for me. and this one comes with inherent comedy
- murky divers- the newest of the multiplayer games. similar to lethal in a lot of ways but takes place underwater. surprisingly not at all that scary to me. i like navigating the submarine and looking at the sonar database lol
