It took some time to figure out the exact style I wanted for the fighter, but with Arthur here I think I've figured it out.

Arthur would be mostly focused on oppressive neutral with some light grapples for mix-up.

New Concept 2025 (Rough Draft)Ten Thousand years ago on the planet Yom (Pronounced Yome), the Dragon Keepers were once a proud, honorable people for they served as champions to the Divine Dragons who granted them with their own guardians from birth known as Soul Dragons as they formed from part of their souls. This all changed when Vorogg, the Divine Dragon Of Darkness and his sole known Keeper Of The Black Dragon ravaged the lands. The Keeper (Who's identity was lost in the annals of history, especially since Yomians didn't believe in individual names at the time and people in those days were often named posthumously by either historians or their descendants) used their wicked powers to create monsters their twisted imagination could conceive. With them and an army of Dragon Keeper followers by their side, they came to rule the planet with an iron fist. However, THAT changed when two opposing races, the Kotchmar and Pukatu decided to put aside their differences and teamed up to fight against the Keeper. The Kotchmar were a strong, honorable, practically fearless and battle-ready people while the Pukatu were wise, clever, technologically-advanced and cautious to the point of coming off as cowards. They opposed each other due to differing ideals of how to address affairs of the planet they called home. The Kotchmar prefer to settle things through fighting while the Pukatu wanted to find middle ground with everyone. Incidentally, they both helped each other evolve over time where the Kotchmar were originally mindless killers at their core, the Pukatu, while pacifists by nature were forced to create weapons to defend themselves against the oncoming hords of Kotchmar. Just as incidental, they also invented the "United Tongue" (Their name for what resembles the English Language which would later on be called "Yomish") in order to communicate with each other. This culminated in a war that waged on until the Keeper appeared. Following the defeat of the Keeper and Vorogg's containment, the elders of both races decided to finally settle their differences and came to the following conclusion; To not only employ each other's cultures, but, to share them with the rest of Yom. They also proposed to create a new race that would benefit from a mixture of those cultures as both races were revealed to be biologically similar. This race would later be known as the Pukatchma. While there were parties that objected to both ideas, they were implemented. During this period, public opinion of the Dragon Keepers became skewed and jumbled. Some still revered them as the illustrious beings the were seen as before the Keeper Wars while others claim that not all of them are as affable as they let on. In response to the latter, the Divine Dragons created a set of laws for future Dragon Keepers to follow. Chief among these laws were "Never intentionally harm the innocent", "Always stay humble" and, probably the most grievous one of all, "Never view yourself as a deity to gain from those not fortunate enough to recieve this honor" To infringe upon these laws would mean losing this honor and the powers that came with it forever. Fast-forward to Present Day. Here, in the land of Benqor, in the town of Mitarl lives a curious case of a young Pukatchma boy named Hariokus Nyumyn ("[His] friends call [him] Harry"). I say curious because this boy is a Dragon Keeper. Why is that curious? Well, on Yom, a Dragon Keeper is identified by the hair color matching that of the Divine Dragon that chose him/her. The cirous thing was, Harry's hair was white. This vexed even the Divine Dragons because non of them were white, meaning they can't properly enforce the laws on him, so, in response, they had no other alternative than to monitor him and guide him in the hopes he doesn't become another Vorogg case. The second curiosity was that he was apparently chosen by the Kotchmar's god, Bn'Gah, identified by one of his eyes being bright purple and the other one orange. The third curiosity was that on the week of his 16th birthday, he was struck by a Red Meteor Of Strength, turning him into a Starborn (Being of a people who were half Pukatu, his odds were pretty good of this). On that same week, it was announced that Vorogg had awakened from his ten thousand year slumber with a new Keeper, a Hiberak named Jio. This is that boy's story!
