"The bottom of the Fae social hierarchy is heavily populated by Kobold like Batto. With rumors of a Witch Saber being spread throughout Seattle, Batto aims to snag such a powerful artifact and obliterate the hierarchy once and for all.

Many Kobold are treated poorly for their small stature and limited magical capabilities. Often given the last options for anything, they typically live in sewer systems, abandoned train cars, and occasionally rooftops. It is not unusual to find several dozen of them bunched up together in large families. Despite the name, Kobold families are typically comprised of two or more biological families, with all involved being fiercely loyal to each other. Mess with a Kobold family, and prepare to have several tiny claws flying towards you."

A slight redesign for Batto, trying to make him silly while not a total outlier compared to the rest of the proposed cast. It also gives a bit more fun designs to the Kobold for them to all have hastily scrawled face masks.
