an OC of mine, Addie! I drew this to test out Procreate on my ipad when I first got it last year (and then literally never drew anything this polished on it again after this)

They're a little dragon born with an overabundance of light magic in their body that ordinarily would kill them. The crystals all over them aren't natural- they're actually the condensed remains of a dying creature originally much older and more powerful than them. By attaching to their body, they feed off the excess Addie has, forming a symbiotic relationship of sorts which keeps both of them alive. There's no real ulterior motive to it on either part, both are just happy to be alive- and hoping whatever almost killed a powerful celestial dragon the first time doesn't come back around to finish the job.
