(I didn’t know what to title this lol)
Spent over an hour reorganizing my island today and adding some stuff too, more enrichment 4 my little blorbos :3
Been thinking of starting another island exclusively 4 my anthro characters since if you add another profile on your switch you can start a new one without having to get rid of the old one, not that I hate my current one, I’m just wanting an island with a different vibe
Since my anthro OCs are adults, have no relations to each other and a good chunk of them are not paired with anyone I think it would be interesting to see how putting them all on an island would play out vs. my current island which has mixed age groups, more familial relationships, and more characters that already have a set partner
Plus I kinda just want a island that’s a bit more crazy lol and like just letting stuff happen and saying “yes” to their suggestions and questions more
Only thing I’m not looking forward to is redoing some of my guys, but I do enjoy the drawing features a lot so hopefully it won’t be too tedious :]
Decided to just go ahead and get the bag (hope I don’t get buyer’s remorse like I do whenever I buy anything 💔), super excited cuz I can finally make my dino/jp themed ita bag a reality with a really cute bag too!
I hope to make it one of my new everyday bags cuz I like wearing things that show off my love 4 my interests, I literally walk out my house everyday covered in Jurassic Park merch so a ita bag it just the next step lol
I just got back from doing my procedures!
I was super nervous about them since I’ve never done them before, but now I feel kinda silly cuz it wasn’t that bad (the prep was 100x worse)
I’ve read some of the post-op notes and some of it is…concerning, but I’ll wait til what my doctors say before I start worrying too much cuz I have follow up appointments after this like this is “Tye goes to the doctor almost every week” month 💔
Also my bday is this month (yippee!!) and honestly I don’t really have much planned nor am I sure I’ll be getting myself much gifts this year, but my big sis surprised me by preordering one of the new Jurassic World Lego sets 4 me so I’m looking forward to building that, it will be my first Lego set too!
I’ve also been thinking of maybe getting the stuff I want to start on my dinosaur/JP ita bag 4 my bday, I really want that parasaur ita bag I found and it’s still in stock rn…
I hate coming on here and saying "oh yeah I'm gonna be doing this next" and then my brain latches onto something else cough Strix cough and then I don't want to do the thing I said I was gonna do </3
I just want to practice getting the hang of drawing Strix and doing some slight design changes so he's easier to draw cuz now I want to do a painting of HIM UGGGH
I'm so fixated on him I even added him to my tomodachi life island yesterday which was honestly fun to make! (I also figured out how to upload my screenshots, THANKS POLYGON ARTICLE!!!)
I’ve been tired today, probably from being out over the weekend and also playing the new tomodachi life all day and night instead of resting yesterday lol (the game is just sooo much fun!!!)
I had a doctor's appointment and we stopped to get some things afterwards, I’ve been in the mood to paint some more so I got a couple more canvases and some new brushes!
I think I’m gonna start on a painting I have on my list cuz it keeps coming to my mind, I’ve recently gotten obsessed with the Loch Ness Monster (4 a very obvious reason lol) as I like cryptids in general and Nessie is my fave :3
I’ve been meaning to make a Nessie piece 4 a bit now and since I keep thinking about it I might as well start, I’ve also been thinking of making a sculpture too tho I’m not sure on it yet
I haven’t been really making much lately mostly because I have a lot going on unfortunately and have been putting my energy into other things
I’ve also haven’t really been in the mood to make anything dinosaur/paleo related lately and I’m hoping that my fixation isn’t fading away, but maybe my brain just finally needs a break
