Repost from December 2010. The finalized design of an anthro character I had devised as...well, I'm actually not sure just what to refer to him as these days.

I've never called him or considered him a true "fursona," as it's traditionally defined (as I don't consider myself a furry or anything like that)...but he was still designed with "myself but as an otter" sort of idea in mind originally. But then he ended up in practice being more my "stand-in" whenever drawing something from life but didn't want to draw my actual self for it, then later as a sort of "spokeperson" for myself. Then, as a result of all of that, he sort of gained a life and personality of his own, so now I guess he's really more just an OC...?

Whatever we want to call him, he frequently appears in any art that deals more directly with my actual life affairs (or I'm just making a joke at my own expense), so he'll be popping up again in the future as we get further along with the reposts. His design has changed very little over the years (save for me ditching those "Mickey Mouse eyes," as I had called them at the time) so he should be readily recognizable.
