Exactly what it looks like. I just fused Inspector Gadget with a drifblim, one of my favourite Pokemon alongside its preevolution and the azumarill line. I’m considering making an AU out of this, but of course I’ll probably lose interest.

(I don’t care if the cross isn’t on his mouth. I’ve already witnessed his canon design in a clown outfit, I don’t need to relive that drawing this).
