I really need art advice. I know I need to get out of my comfort zone, work on anatomy (Hands especially), proportions, and shading. Tips that work for people with ADHD will help the best! Especially with shading. I know how to shade. I just have a hard time knowing where the shading should go. I've looked up so many tutorials T_T
