Well this one's a bit less literal than most of the others, nothing's evolved to breath fire or anything. Rather the idea here is just a very hot setting, like a planet on the furthest inner part of the habitable zone. The sun is very hot and the atmosphere churns with violent force so flight is very easy with a lot of creatures evolving to snag updrafts. Most things live in the canyons, caves, and cracked crevasses spanning the harsh desert, evolving to climb and fit through narrow areas. Those that venture between areas tend to have a solidly protected top to minimize damage from the sun and do their best to keep their bodies well off the ground, such as on long bony toes. Plants are armored on the outside and curl up in the hottest parts of the day, opening up and unfolding to expose their more vulnerable interiors to catch more indirect light.
