Raticate may be just the evolution of an early-route Pokémon, but it's so useful in all the games I've used it in. It's not the strongest, but it still packs a whallop. Plus it learns Bite, which is great since Dark-types are so hard to come by.
Nowadays I could do better with the anatomy, especially that top-down view. No sense changing it now though. The snarl's still good.
