She wanted a full body ref of her shapeshifter, and captain of Toxica's army.

Kyra was born decades after the human race went extinct. She was born into a line of survivors who managed to escape Toxica's wrath and her lackeys. But, for some unknown reason her parents rejected her and favored her younger brother. Her parents were religious nutjobs who defied Toxica's authority.

As a result of religion trauma, she rebelliously worships Satan or the Devil.
As luck would have it, Kyra was found by Toxica herself, and starts worshiping her. Believing that she's the Devil in the flesh. Thus, a true god.

Touched by Kyra's admiration, she took Kyra under her wings and brought her back to her lair to meet Otto Torx and the other alpha shapeshifters.
Kyra has been loyal to Toxica ever since, and officially became the head general. As a sign of respect her form is near similar to Toxica in terms of color and markings.
