Kementari belongs to a mysterious sheikah clan whom member are considered as renegades by their kind but are not serving Ganon like the Yiga. They were mainly rejected for their use of dark arts and necromancy, even though it was for good purposes only. They embraced this kind of magic because it was known by their ancestors and that they considered it as an inheritance to be proud of. However, they have very strict rules about it still.

Kementari was raised by the Gerudo in her very early years since her parents got killed in the desert during a mission. When she was old enough she travelled to reach her clan again and found them during their darkest hour, in serious need for help. Therefore, she decided to stay to assist them in their search for a new and safe home, which they finally found. Thanks to her skills and strength, Kementari soon became the chief of the guards and got a reputation in the other clans as well.

She conceals her red eyes with a charm to blend more easily in the crowd when she needs to.
