So we all know youtube sucks now, and there was one day when people boycotted youtube, but we're gonna need more than one day to get messages about their practices across. I'll admit, there is no perfect substitute for youtube, but I can recommend some alternatives that should at least satisfy some niches:
-Soundcloud - a music streaming platform
-Newgrounds - a website for independent animation, music, art, and video games. You may even recognize some content there. Salad Fingers 14 recently came out there!
-Peertube - A less centralized video platform. There's a lot of videos from the privacy community, a handful of cat videos, and a channel that makes stopmotion videos with legos and action figures, to name a few things there
-Glomble - A small video platform. And I mean small. It has a pretty small staff and has been struggling to manage the platform since someone recommended it as an alternative, so it's a little slow and for now, I recommend viewing, but not posting there for now
-Internet Archive - a digital library as well as an archive of whatever the people there deem worth preserving. I've come to really love it. A lot of classic viral videos are there including Potter Puppet Pals and skits of the Overly Attached Girlfriend. There's also movies, TV shows (the 2003 ninja turtles series is there!), and digital books! Also found some old Warrior Cats AMVs
-Dailymotion - Another video platform that's been around for a while, but is admittedly a bit bare. Good for listening to mainstream music and the occasional rock. Also has WatchMojo and Court Cam, if those interest you. And some ASMR.
-With the censorship that's hitting the internet and may soon affect the US, now would also be a good time to start buying physical media of the things you love, and downloading some content. Newgrounds and Bandcamp are good places to download music.
-There's also podcast sites, namely Podbean. Audiomack also has music and podcasts.
-This may even be a time to pursue a new hobby, or revisit an old one!
Hope this helps!
Edit: Tubi is a free streaming service mainly for movies and TV, but they also have a series where Kevin Smith talks geeky stuff and Tubi has also been streaming some youtubers' content, including old stuff from Matthew Santoro, and some other stuff from Jacksepticeye and Steven He!
