Fun fact(s): i love animals with my whole life. i would die for my cats. i raised chickens and goats as a kid.
Hobbies/interests: i like animals, like, biology... paleontology, taxonomy, uhhhh, comic books. i love it a lot when people put the little pictures in order and i have the illusion of action and passing time beamed into my brain. it's my favorite thing.
Dream job: i do not dream of labor. ← this is not a joke answer, i legitimately have no desire for any job or career, and there are none i am able to do that i would consider fulfilling enough to "dream" of doing. i live my life and that's it.
ART
Favorite medium: i LOOOOOOVE real media but especially ink!
Favorite subject: monster design, horror, surrealism, and personal art (from other people, i love personal expression)
Favorite artists/inspirations: there are hundreds of artists whose work i love. just look at my favorites on any given site - there ya go.
Favorite period of art: i like whatever is new at whatever moment which is currently representing the present. i get bored with movements and trends fast. gotta see the next new thing.
Piece you are most proud of: this drawing of chica the chicken from 2015 that had an energy in it i feel i have been failing to capture since. i chase the high of that chicken every god damn day !!!
How long have you been creating: since i was 3 years old. some of my oldest OCs were gay sailor weasels (lol). my favorite animal when i was 8 was weasels.
How you learned: feverishly teaching myself. mostly observation, copying and tracing photos.
How long it usually takes you to make something: ranges from 1 hour to 3 (for lineart) depending on how slowly i'm going or how much i'm struggling. painting takes me at least 2 hours after lineart. sometimes 4.
The big project you haven't gotten around to yet: this is depressing don't ask me this :(
