Recently I've been on a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon kick. My first Pokemon game that I properly played was Blue Rescue Team, and PMD helped me notice and value stories more in other Pokemon games (may they be side or mainline). I have drawn Skitty Angel before (https://www.deviantart.com/circifox/art/Mystery-Dungeon-Teams-Across-Time-932843690) this, though after playing EoT with Penelope and Anthea, I restarted and changed Penelope from a Cubone to a Mudkip as Angel's partner for Rescue Team DX. I've also been recently playing the Explorers of Skies ROM Hack with Angel and have been enjoying it.

I'm very happy with how all of them turned out. With the future being dark in the Explorers games, I thought it would make sense for Penelope's coloration to appear darker when she was turned into a Mudkip besides being more exhausted. I've never played with Chikorita as a player pokemon or a partner, and for drawing and AU imaginings, I made Anthea a Chikorita and Roserade crossbreed (it just worked). I tried to look more at other Skitty artwork when I was drawing Angel this time around. Look at him. Look at that fluffy boy. I'd want to make that boy into a plush. He looks so soft and fluffy. I want to hold that boy.
