aaaand here's the final. you'll notice i actually went back and included his original design elements into this. for as much as i criticize the designs of hazbin hotel, i can't deny that alastor's design portrays the type of person he is-- a con artist, a business man, and someone who you should never trust, yet he gives off such enthusiasm and charisma that nevertheless you fall into his trap. he's intimidating, but not so much that you couldn't see eye to eye with him. he's just relatable enough to convince the naive charlie of his altruism and though we know he has ulterior motives, its easy to see why someone like charlie would fall for his guiles.
he's also a fan favorite made-in-a-vat sexyman type, and honestly, it works for his character. in the end, my design choices were mostly of color and making his inspirations more visible-- mainly that he's mixed black and he's a deer radio monster. in my headcanon, sinners tend to be a lot more anthropomorphic than other hellborn or fallen angels, which tend to be more in the image of god.
still not happy about the antenna designs, but i think its starting to come together. the others were power antenna and radio antenna look different lol
